Phoenix Aero Club is a technical student chapter at SVNIT, dedicated to advancing aircraft and drone technology. We provide a platform for aspiring engineers to gain hands-on experience, tackle real-world challenges, and excel in the field of aviation. Our members actively participate in renowned competitions like SAE DDC, SAE ADDC, and many other technical events. Additionally, we host exciting events such as Drone Helix and Carry the Consignment, where students demonstrate their expertise in UAV design and navigation. Our flagship event, Aero+, features captivating airshows and interactive technology demonstrations, offering students and enthusiasts a unique opportunity to engage with cutting-edge aerospace innovations.

Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology
Established in 1961 as one of India's Regional Engineering Colleges (RECs) with a focus on Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering. Over the years, it has expanded its academic offerings to include undergraduate programs in Electronics Engineering (introduced in 1983-84), Computer and Production Engineering (1988-89), and Chemical Engineering (1995-96). In 2002, SVNIT was granted "Deemed University" status under the UGC Act, recognizing its academic excellence. It further achieved the prestigious "Institute of National Importance" designation in 2007.
